Description: At the time, Arena Place was the largest mixed-use development in Grand Rapids’ urban core in decades. The 12-story tower sits atop a former city-owned parking lot in the heart of Grand Rapids’ Arena District. This complex development spans a full city block and delivered Class-A commercial office space, a parking ramp, ground floor retail, restaurant, fitness center, green roof, and 100 market rate apartments. From the ribbon cutting, Arena Place has been full and is a vibrant compliment to the Arena District. Arena Place has received several awards since opening in 2015.
